The more detailed information you provide, the better we can understand and plan for your desired outcome.
Approval and Scheduling Your Appointment

Once we receive your form, our assistant will carefully review your request to ensure it matches our expertise and quality standards. If your tattoo concept is approved, we will send you a link to select an appointment time. This message will also include instructions for paying a deposit, which not only secures your slot but also contributes towards the final tattoo cost.
Preparing for Your Session

After your appointment is confirmed and the deposit is paid, the next step is simply waiting for your session day. During this waiting period, please feel free to reach out with any questions or additional details you'd like to discuss about your upcoming tattoo. Our aim is to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
To secure your tattoo session, we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the session. Please note the following terms regarding the deposit:

Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.

Contribution to Final Cost: The deposit will be applied towards the final cost of your tattoo.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit cannot be refunded.

Rescheduling: You are allowed to reschedule your session once without losing your deposit. Any further rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Booking Options

For those spontaneous decisions, we provide late booking options, allowing appointments to be made up to 2 days in advance of the desired date. This ensures that we can adequately prepare for your session and deliver the high-quality service you expect.
